In order to fully terminate your account with ParkedHere, we require a letter sent by E-Mail, Fax, or Mail officially stating your request. In the letter, it is required that you provide us with your company's full name and the primary contact on the account. It can take up to 48 hours to process your cancellation request from upon receiving your request.

Refunds are honored on most of our products. If you feel that you are entitled to a refund, please state in your cancellation request the reason you wish to be refunded and we will either issue a full refund or partial refund based on a pro-rated usage report. Under most cirumstances, we will issue a 100% refund.

If you have contracted our design or custom development department, we do not issue refunds on the work that has already been completed for you.

We believe in customer protection, but we also have to protect ourselves. Our Terms of Service is a written agreement between us and you or your company. This outlined document will explain the responsibilities of both parties.

When enrolling for any of our services, you will accept this agreement.
